I wanted to go for more of a passion project on this one. Brutalism is a style I really enjoy, and I wanted to experiment with different grid layouts and effects. Each colour was chosen to reflect the theme of each respective poster. The images were also chosen to reflect each theme ie. angels and a soft pink for purity, lions and a dark red for power. I went with Neue Haas Grotesk for the typeface for its versatility. A lot of brutalism I’ve seen has religious imagery/themes, so I included a bible verse in each poster that I feel reflects the theme or is related in some way.
